The first significant announcement involves the expansion of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud portfolio, introducing a new Standard suite alongside existing Business and Business Plus options. This move empowers customers with a range of suite choices tailored to their specific identity security needs. The Standard suite, specifically designed for companies in the early stages of their identity security journey, offers essential core capabilities to centralize identity-related data. This facilitates streamlined access governance across all enterprise identity types in a scalable and comprehensive manner.

Complementing the suite expansion, SailPoint also unveiled a suite of new customer success offerings aligned with program maturity levels. These offerings provide customers with expert-led advice and guidance, drawing on SailPoint’s extensive expertise gained from successfully implementing thousands of enterprise identity programs. By aligning these services with varying program maturity levels, SailPoint aims to equip customers with the necessary tools and support to navigate their identity security challenges effectively.

• Standard suite [NEW]: Tailored for companies with less complex identity landscapes, the Standard suite provides essential tools to establish a centralized identity security experience across the enterprise. This suite streamlines processes, enhances visibility into critical application access, and aids in meeting regulatory compliance requirements. Additionally, an optional services package is available to expedite deployment and deliver quick returns on investment within 8-12 weeks.
• Business suite: Designed to automate tasks and analyze vast amounts of identity data, the Business suite offers real-time decision support to assist organizations in determining the appropriate access levels dynamically. This suite equips organizations with the insights needed to meet compliance requirements and mitigate risky access.
• Business Plus suite: Building on the Business suite, the Business Plus suite delivers comprehensive solutions for extended access protection across all applications, data, and cloud resources.
