Agile Network is a Service Offered in Singapore

Enterprises can benefit from the latest ALE Network solutions and advanced services via an  agile hybrid subscription model.

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of networking  solutions tailored to customers’ industries, has launched Network as a Service by ALE (NaaS) offering  enterprises the opportunity to cost effectively accelerate the digital transformation of their business.  The network infrastructure can quickly scale up and adapt with maximum agility to satisfy new  business demand and improve user experience. NaaS offering will be available in Singapore from  September.

The NaaS offer introduces a flexible hybrid model to purchase Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Digital Age  Networking solutions based on OmniSwitches, OmniAccess Stellar and OmniVista Cirrus management platforms and associated value-added services. It enables ALE business partners  and customers to purchase hardware and subscribe to software licenses, applications and services  for what they need, providing flexible and customisable access to the latest network technology and  advanced services with a low initial investment.

The NaaS offer’s purpose is to bring multiple as Service components together to simplify and  automate network operations and provide deployment consistency:

Connectivity as a Service offers state-of-the art Access and Core switches, as well as the latest Wi-Fi  Access Points solutions and SD-WAN services for campus, branch and data centre connectivity.

Application as a Service includes network management and analytics, asset tracking and Secure  Access Service Edge (SASE) for full visibility of network health, threat protection, device inventory  and location knowledge. Quality of experience and business process automation will soon  complement the initial offer.

Business as a Service will provide customised industry-specific services, billed on consumption and  specific business metrics. Network services integration for smart cities, healthcare, transportation  and education eco-systems will be announced next year.
