By leveraging Qlik’s cloud-based data integration and visualization tools, Singlife’s staff now have access to comprehensive real-time insights into customers, covering various aspects like claim processes and inquiries at the call center. These insights empower employees to make well-informed decisions, reduce hurdles, and enhance the experience for over a million customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Consequently, the claims process has been optimized, leading to improved efficiency and a notable 35% reduction in data analysis costs.
Aligned with its cloud-centric approach, Singlife plans to transition its business analytics infrastructure to the cloud by 2024. This move is expected to further augment its digital capabilities, positioning it as one of the pioneering financial service companies in the ASEAN region to completely shift its business intelligence (BI) solutions to the cloud.
