In his new role, Sim will oversee the company’s regional channel ecosystem, with a focus on enhancing partner collaboration and delivering strategic enablement across diverse markets.

Sim joins CyberArk with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, having worked with notable global software firms including OutSystems, Qlik, and SAS. Enabling a partner-first growth model

“As CyberArk expands in Asia Pacific & Japan, our partners continue to play a critical role in our success,” said Vincent Goh, President & General Manager, Asia Pacific & Japan, CyberArk. “Jeremy’s strong track record in channel management and ability to navigate the region’s complexity and diversity make him invaluable to our team. Under Jeremy’s channel leadership, we look forward to synergising with our partners to meet the identity security needs of organisations.”

CyberArk is seeing growing demand for robust identity security solutions amid an evolving threat landscape and increasing digital identity volumes. Sim’s appointment comes as the company doubles down on its commitment to building a high-performing partner network aligned with long-term customer needs.

Accelerating secure digital transformation

“I was drawn to CyberArk because of its strong reputation in helping organisations secure identities in a rapidly shifting digital world,” said Sim. “With the rapid proliferation of identities and the evolving threat landscape, our partners are critical in delivering scalable and trusted security solutions. I am excited to work with them to support our customers in strengthening their security defences.”

Sim’s appointment reinforces CyberArk’s strategy of investing in local expertise to support its partners and customers in the region. His leadership will be instrumental in driving business alignment and building resilient, partner-led go-to-market frameworks across APJ.
