Customized Digi-TAC-Endorsed CRM Solution for Singaporean Businesses by Freshworks and Truvisor

The suite of Freshsales solutions, provided through the collaboration with Truvisor, has been included in the Digi-TAC program’s roster. This inclusion allows businesses to secure government funding of up to 70% for their digitalization endeavors.

The economic prospects for Singapore currently present some challenges, but amidst this, there are promising areas, including a thriving information and communication technology (ICT) sector. The ICT market in Singapore achieved a valuation of $41.8 billion in 2021, and it is projected to expand with a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.9%, reaching a value of $61 billion by 2026, according to estimates from GlobalData.

In a bid to tap into this exciting growth potential and assist Singaporean businesses in their journey of digital transformation, Freshworks has formed a partnership with Truvisor, a forward-looking distributor in Asia. The collaboration aims to expedite the process of digital transformation. Under this arrangement, Truvisor will offer the Freshsales Suite Pro, an all-in-one CRM solution, to businesses within Singapore. Notably, this software suite has received pre-approval under the Digi-TAC program, entitling it to potential government funding of up to 70% of its cost.

“As digitalization is a key enabler for business growth, TACs must stay abreast of new developments and embrace digital solutions to support their members in the new digital economy. Together with SGTech, SBF is pleased to support fellow TACs by providing funding support for the adoption of pre-approved digital solutions and participation in training courses under the Digi-TAC program,” said Winnie Low, executive director, Membership and TAC Division, Singapore Business Federation.

The term “Digi-TAC” signifies the digitalization initiatives led by trade associations and chambers (TACs) in Singapore, with backing from key entities like the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and SGTech. SBF, a prominent trade association, represents a diverse range of more than 28,000 member companies, spanning from local startups to multinational corporations. SGTech, another influential trade association, advocates for Singapore’s infocomm technology industry and promotes innovation within the sector.

Varun Vig, the Head of Channels and Alliances for APJ, India, and MEA regions at Freshworks, commented on the collaboration with Truvisor: “Instead of making vague assurances about customized CRM solutions with lengthy implementation timelines, escalating expenses, and a lack of customer insight, we provide business software that is rapid, user-friendly, cost-efficient, and potent, tailored to suit businesses of varying scales.”

Through the strategic alliance between Freshworks and Truvisor, enterprises throughout Singapore can leverage digitalization and automation to stimulate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
